Purchase of cryptocurrency:

• Visa/Mastercard payment - Payments are processed on the payment system side, in real time mode.
• Upon being notified of a successful payment, the system immediately initiates the sending of a cryptocurrency to a specified client address in an automatic mode, with a priority commission.

Sale of cryptocurrency:

• Payments on Visa/MasterCard cards are made on any UAH cards issued by Ukrainian banks.
• The time of the transfer, after confirmation of the transaction, is usually from 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the bank issuing the cards.

In case the order cannot be executed automatically - for technical or other reasons, according to the Service Rules, we guarantee processing of the orders within 12 hours during the working hours of the Support Service.
